AGM w/ Important Voting oct 15

We have scheduled our AGM:

Location: Unwin Park 13313 68 Avenue Surrey BC @ the batting cages
SPECIAL business: As our membership is long aware our registration numbers are unsustainable and despite significant efforts to save this association we have failed to do so. It is of utmost importance that as many members as possible attend this meeting as Executive is recommending and moving forward a motion of the closure, folding and dissolution of Newton Canadian Baseball Association and we must assemble quorum to vote to move forward with closure. *The important issue of Newtons catchment and your child’s future in baseball will also be part of the discussion and voting.*
We know that members will have many questions, uncertainties and concerns surrounding closure, what the future might look like for Newton catchment players and etcetera. Therefore we ask you to please take the time to attend the meeting. Your attendance is required to have your vote count. We understand it has been a challenging few years but it is very important that you please do attend. Executive council remains dedicated and committed to transparency and accountability as we wind up NCBA and its long standing history and legacy.
