Permit FA-1487 has been issued for a Return to Sport program
in full compliance with the Provincial Health Officer’s Guidelines
and the City of Surrey’s requirements to safely resume MODIFIED
sport activities including the following requirements:
• Practise activities only – no games
• Full physical distancing between all participants
• Activities guided by a Return to Sport Plan (viaSport)
• Activities guided by Covid-19 Safety Plan
